1. Scope

This policy explains how we access, use, store, protect, share, retain, and delete personal and platform data across Social Analytics features, including YouTube integrations.

2. Data We Process

Depending on features you use, we may process:

  • Account data: name, email, role/permissions, login session data.
  • Social connection data: page/channel identifiers, connection status, and selected social accounts.
  • Content and analytics data: post/video metadata, captions/descriptions, engagement and performance insights, and report outputs.
  • Operational/security data: request logs, audit trails, and error logs required for reliability and abuse prevention.

3. Google/YouTube Data (Specific Disclosure)

When you connect Google for YouTube analytics, we access only data needed to provide that feature.

  • Google OAuth authentication data to verify authorized access.
  • YouTube channel IDs/names for channels you explicitly connect.
  • YouTube video metadata and insight metrics used in analytics dashboards and reports.

We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not perform harmful actions on user data. We only use it to retrieve and display insights requested by authorized users.

4. How We Use Data

  • Authenticate users and enforce permission-based access.
  • Connect social accounts/channels and sync analytics insights.
  • Generate dashboards, monitoring views, and reports.
  • Maintain platform security, performance, and incident response.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data (including Google user data). We may share limited data only in these cases:

  • When disclosure is required by law or legal process.
  • Within your organization, according to role/permission settings configured by administrators.

6. Data Storage and Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect data.

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit.
  • Access controls and least-privilege authorization.
  • Secure server-side processing and restricted admin access.
  • Logging, monitoring, and security response procedures.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, auditing, and legal compliance.

  • You can disconnect connected social accounts (including YouTube) from settings to stop future synced access.
  • You can request account/data deletion through the process linked below.
  • If you granted Google access, you can also revoke app access in your Google account security settings.
